How do I undo my mistake and go back to the default view?

Open a folder click tools and then folder options. then click restore defaults.

Go to the folder options of the contrl panel of ur computer and go to the tab"View " of that window and click the button "restore defaults"

trying doing a system restore were u restore you computer and files etc to a earlier date try going to your control panel when i opens go to performance and maintenance the go to see also then you should see system restore then click on it
