no lie back in 1998 we had a wind storm so bad here in Michigan. grand rapids got the worst with winds 160 mph. we were in a disaster area. you can actually get that up on the computer. cars were flipped, houses and buildings were demolished, boats from a boat store were in the middle of alpine street. 3 mile road was the worse hit and it was awful. people without power for months. this happened in may. i think may 30.

I lived in Del City, Oklahoma, and lived 2 miles from the F5 tornado. That was pretty scary. Stood in our back doorway and watched the debris falling into our backyard. Now talk about wind!
Now I live in Elk City, Oklahoma, the western part of the state, and we have some of the most windiest weather here and its horrible. It gets so bad I swear there's a tornado outside. They even block off the roads so people dont drive cause there is stuff blowing all over the road. I almost got hit by a billboard sign that got blown loose. Pretty scary stuff!

A few weeks ago, a tornado took a little walk over my property and snatched the roof off my barn and then tossed a tree into my living room. Now, when the wind blows, I hide.

About a year ago, the trampoline went through the window on my back door, blew across the yard and knocked down a section of my mother-in-law's new vinyl fence, then it continued on into the neighbors field. At least 1000 feet away!!
