We don't need one. I used to think so too but the more I'm in yahoo reading women's comments, the more I'm beginning to think they need more than just a studies forum...they need an onstaff psychiatrist.

Actually, men are such a mystery that it might be decades before anyone has the capacity to begin to understand them.
I am sure that, as soon as IBM gets a really super computer up and running, that maybe they can start loading studies that might give us some insight.
But it is a long shot.
It would be interesting , tho, just to occupy their brain for 1 day to see what is going on in there (but from what the male co-workers said, it might be pretty scary)

You're right; there is a gender bias there. The only thing we can do is let the moderators know our feelings on the subject. Visit this link:

...And post on the Ideas and Suggestions forum. The more noise we make, the harder we'll be to ignore.

Yeah that's a fair comment. There should be a section dedicated to men's issues as well.

It isn't necessary, because patriarchy has dominated our society for so long, that the whole society favors men, and is therefore a "men's studies" class in and of itself. Oversimplified, but that's the general idea.

Studying minority groups and groups struggling to overcome oppression is valuable, don't knock it.

There is no equal rights, the pendulum just swings from one extreme to another. We aren't these bodies anyways we are spirit souls thank God. All this gender nonsense is ridiculous.

Women's studies is for women who want a degree, but are too stupid to do a real subject. And they are obsessed with themselves anyway and love talking about, well, themselves.
