I can't remember at what age my children starting eating graham crackers. I went to www.keepkidshealthy.com and they suggest that although the honey may be cooked in these foods, it is not heat pasteurized to remove botulism spores. I doubt there is a high risk, but it might be worth waiting for awhile.

You shouldn't give a baby honey because of a risk of having a bee allergy as well. I would try melba toast or biter biscuits instead. Each can be found in the baby section with the baby food.

My daughter ate graham crackers at about 10 months. She had about 8 teeth so she could. I asked my doctor about the honey and she said honey nut cheero's were even okay because it is not pure honey.

My son did eat them before a year, but I bought the ones without honey, just to be on the safe side. I never asked for certainty, though.

Depends on how old your baby is. If he or she has enough teeth and can eat them without choking, grahams are fine.
