Hmm, that's a good question, I've been searching for those full episodes for quite some time, but no site seems to have them. I eventually kicked up my heels and bought them on DVD(like the guy above said), it's actually very practical when you come to think of it. You can rewatch them anytime. but, on the internet, the only place that has a good variety and the really good parts of some of the episodes is YouTube. But they don't have the full versions and thy don't have all the episodes. Sorry, that's the best I can do. Good luck on your quest. Full-length x-files episodes are out there, but then again, so's the truth . =)

There were a considerable amount of full sized episodes of the X-Files on Quicksilverscreen.com, and while the list is still featured on the site, none of the videos play when you click on them. I think it all depends on the members of the service and how fast they will re-post content after it's been removed. I was on there the other day and they were all working for the most part, but when I checked back they had been removed. Maybe you can keep an eye on it to see if anyone reposts the videos. There are a ton of other TV shows on there too that are still working.

I also recommend purchasing DVDs; you can get them used or even better, save your money and wait for the reruns on the Sci-Fi Network.
