I have been tired starting at 3:00pm and I drink a lot of water and I walk alot what can I do so I am not tired all the time?

Eat a healthy snack, like an fruit, or nuts, take a multivitamin, go to bed earlier by one hour, try some a caffeine drink, like coffee thru out the day.

Maybe you can try taking some vitamins. I bought some from Costco and they make me feel less tired. Teh include Asian Ginseng Extract and B-50 Vitamins along with a multivitamin and calcium.

Woa! maybe you should get and do something like run! or something ride a bike go SHOPPING! Lol! something thats fun thats wht im do. Or do somethibng a lot easier i meen a lot. Fall asleep.
