Well, just tell yourself the past doesn't equal the future....
In other words, even though bad things happened in the past, it does not mean it will happen in the future, so keep trying....
And then pick up an Apple Ipod Nano..... Music can help sooth your life!

they must first want to change. then you can help them get to their goal by offering support, advice, and doing favors that they need. if you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. if you teach a man how to fish you feed him for life. good luck and God bless you too!!!
