What's the scariest dream you've ever had?

i go thru phases of chronic nightmares. here are some examples of some of the most disturbing ones:

being around/killed by terrorist activity, such as pending bomb explosions, planes landing on me, or being on planes going to dangerous places
being inside swaying skyscrapers about to fall over
falling off cliffs
killing a person with a knife
ripping a person's flesh to bits with my own hands. or with my teeth.
having an animal stare at me and know that it was thinking in human words
having a baby stare at me and know that it was thinking in adult words

here's a chronic one:
having someone chasing me or being in danger, and trying to dial a phone number, whether it be 9-1-1 or someone's actual number... and everything is in slow motion and i keep messing up and i NEVER get through. and that'll last the whole dream. a slow-motion dialing where i keep messing up.

that's all i can think of at the moment.... but i think it's plenty. lol. if i think of more, i'll add more. hope this wasn't too disturbing to read....

EDIT: oh, and then there are the general death ones. when family members die in the dream. or i'll die. i've been poisoned and died in the dream...

When I was younger I used to dream about being chased by bears, but I could not run, and when I tried to scream nothing would come out, I would wake up sweating panting and with a sore neck from screaming -----Psychologist said was a reaction to abuse. Then I used to dream about "the man on the roof". This dream started after a severe windstorm that caused a branch to knock against the roof, I was alone with my 3 young kids alone at my moms house. I was so scared I couldn't dial 911, I kept dialing 119. Again because of fear and abuse it carried on until I saw my psychologist. Don't see him any more, but never have bad dreams any more either.

i remember a dream where i was in the middle of the desert, or some sandy area. there was a small town. real small town. but there was also 1 lone silo on the edge of town. but it was empty and there was a catwalk that ran along the inside of silo, near the top. I remember being on that catwalk, with one or two other people. there was like a 1 eyed monster chasing us. it kinda looked like the thing on lord of the rings, they creature that kept saying precious and talking to his other self all the time. it followed Frodo around. anyways that the part i most vaguely remember. i kind of remember being chased in another part of the town, i think my grandma and grandpa, and other close family members where there killing the monsters. it was quite weird.

there was this really weird one where I found out I had a deadly disease and I was gonna die in 2 weeks, but for some reason I was supposed to go on living my daily life. Then when the two weeks were up and I went to bed that night to never wake up again, I woke up

Right after the terror attacks in NYC, I dreamed that the terrroists were coming after me. I was trying to hide from them, but I was alone. There were no ppl, no houses, no trees... Nothing but me and the terrorists..
It was very scary till I woke up and realized it was a dream. A very scary one at that.

I'm driving with a razor blade attatched to the wheel. Then there's a wall right in front of the car and I crash. I'm decapitated and my head rolls under the car and somehow sticks to the exhaust, and I feel it burning my face. I then wake up to find my cat curled around my head and licking my face.

I was in a warehouse area (about 3 storey high), it rains heavily and get flooded all the way to the ceiling. I struggle to get to the roof but in vain. I was getting breathless and got awake.
