Supposedly, her old boyfriend was kicking her out of the house. She said she had legal ownership of the house. What's the deal?

i don't think it is her house yet as she has to pay the mortgage. also, it was her old boyfriend who made the mortgage loan and they both made a contract (i think it is called bond for deed) that she will pay the loan and eventually will belong to her.
it seems she has not been paying the loan so he can ask her to leave as it is his house and also, he has got to pay the loan with the bank himself.

Don't keep up w/her much? But I heard that she is from a small town in Texas, 40 miles north of Houston, and her family still lives there...But they don't communicate w/her or visa-versa. Since she left home off to Houston to work in a strip club called St. James?
