its the excitement. you know that you don't have to be serious/responsible with that person. you don't have to share your feelings, or worry about hurting their feelings. its just complete animal lust, and the fact that they aren't the right one for you or "bad boy/girl" makes it even more exciting. your doing something risky and "dangerous" that's based solely on physical looks instead of based on emotional attachment
