Has anyone seen Joined at the Head on TLC?

I was watching Tatiana and Anastasia's story the other night but unfortunately fell asleep half-way through. The last thing I saw was when the parents were being consulted about the separation surgery. Can anyone tell me what happens at the end? Did they go through with the surgery and if so, was it successful or no? I'm really curious to find out. Thanks =)
