I think it was Lemlie or Shemp. It was just after the chapter when the profit asked, "What is the difference between a duck?" And the messenger answered, "One of its legs are both the same and the higher it flies the much."
Then from the throng doth shout one of the gathered, "But why is a mouse when it's spinning?"
