Yes, I have and will turn a blind eye when I don't want to be bothered, as you said, with the involvement.

For me. it's about seeing if anyone is in danger, or is getting hurt,
if so, I get on in it. If it's people having fun and no one is in any danger, or getting hurt, I turn a blind eye. I say life is for enjoying, have fun but be safe, and keep others safe.
I was chased and abducted once, and I believe some turned a blind eye. I wish they hadn't. It changed who I was.

Sometimes I do. But sometimes I can't. Like if it involves children or animals. I have been told off more than once but since I thought I was right it never bothered me.

I don't like when someone puts me in the middle of something that is none of my business to begin with- friend or not; there comes a time when you draw a line, and showing respect and having a trusted relationship shows maturity.

depends.... i usually get involved but in some situations (like when my friends bf asked if he should break up w/ her) i just said "i'm not getting involved!!!"
