If you mean the Pyscho Theme song from that horror movie (the black and white version) Bernard Herrmann's is the one that wrote the songs for that movie and name of the song was called Prelude.
And if your talking about the 1998 version of Psycho the theme is also called Prelude (Film Score) and it is by Danny Elfman
