Eddie Jones is always the guy you get rid of before you start winning.

Lakers had to unload him to win 3 titles and then heat dumped him and then won their title.

Jones is a shell of himself at his age but isn't a difference maker.

The east is weak and miami could still go through it if Shaq becomes a beast again but it will have little to do with jones

Haha, no way. Shaq can't do anything anymore, leaving D wade and Alonzo to do it themselves, and with the 18-23 record, i doubt they will ever get good. They can be a Playoff team, but i think the Cavs can beat them.

No, how does adding an old player, who wasnt good enough for a team in the bottom of the standings make any team better?
