I can't believe this. I have been taking BC pills for over 10 yrs and I NEVER missed a day in that time. Last night I forgot to take it, and now it's time to take the next dose. Do I take one? Or 2? Please help!!!

Take two...if you had missed another day, you shouldn't take three. I did this and then had to sing at church Sunday morning...with what felt like extreme morning sickness. I later read that I'd done the wrong thing to OD my body with hormones.

I would take one now and then wait 12 hours and take the other one then wait 12 more hours and continue taking the pills normally again. The pills are already in your system so I highly doubt you could get pregnant but don't miss anymore! Also I would read the package it came with as it could advise you on this.

Two!! And remember that there should be directions with the pills on what to do... I know that if you have been taking them effectively for 10 years you probably haven't looked at them in a long time, but they should be there. They should tell you when it is safe to be sexually active again (i think mine say that it is still safe when you just msis one and then take it with the next one)

Take 2 pills. Usually if you miss one, you take as soon as you remember and then take the next one at your normal time. Breathe deep, don't worry, you'll be fine!

You should take 2. It says if you miss one..you take it as soon as you remember!! So take the one you missed and one tonight. Has happened to me once, I never forget either. ANd you don't need to use a backup method or anything.
