Use the "ping" command to connect to their computer. "tracert" and "netstat" might work as well too.

Click on start, run, write cmd, write ipconfig. The long number divided by periods is the ip address.

Get them to send you a email... Then Depending on what email your using, you can view entire message, it will have there IP address in it...
