ok, why did it stop moving? out of gas? engine problems?
flat tires? or did you forget to get in it and turn the key and start it and put it in drive and go? or i know it is probably a chevy, that
explains it all.

I think you should go to a doctor and have a cat scan ran, and he'll diagnose you and when he does, you should come up with a reasonable explanation with your current predicament...
