it takes a little while for the males to develop their penile fins. When they are about a month old place observe them against a light background. Look for a dark spot (gravid spot) in front of the anal fin. only females have this feature.

You will be able to tell the females from the males at one month of age if you are very observant. What Whatotherways said, above, is correct. The females will have a dark little area right above the anal fin that will be noticeable especially when they are full, when they have eaten and their littles bellies have expanded a bit. It's easiest to see this "female gravid spot" if light is shining behind the fish. Not only will the males never have this, but the males will instead be a bit shinier than the females, and this of course will also depend on the variety of guppy you have, because for certain colors, the sheen or shine will show easier as compared to others. At around one month also, you might notice that the females will start growing more than the males. So duller and larger siblings are likely to be female. As the females grow older, the gravid spot will be more and more noticeable.
With so many fry, you might have a challenge trying to focus on one fish at a time when they are all moving so quickly. What I do is separate the females as soon as I am able to tell them apart. At the begining, it will feel like you really have to strain and try to focus but then it becomes easier and easier. Oh, to notice the sheen or shine on the baby males, make sure your light source is shining on them from where you are looking, but not from above them or behind them. I use a flash light or a track light to observe the shine of the baby males to find out what color they eventually develop. You won't be able to tell the exact pattern of colors, but you will see if it will be mostly, say, green, versus, blue, purple, yellow, etc.
Good luck.
