I have been sick for about 3 weeks - I am better now - but my mom has been in the hospital the last 2 weeks and i am under a lot of stress -- but it just seems like for the longest time i just feel SO tired all the time and just lazy and unmotivated. I still get done what i need to but i feel so sluggish - I stopped eating meat 1/1/07 - so maybe my body is still adjusting - but if anyone has advice that would be great!

Well stress can definitly make you feel tired. Get plenty of rest. With that being said try some multi vitamins, adding vitamin B-12. B-12 is great for energy. Since you have taken meat out of your diet, try getting a different kind of protein in your diet. Protein give you energy as well.

Just make sure you are eating well, getting rest, exercise and your proper vitamins.

stress makes you more acidic and weakens your immune system so if stress is your problem ....look into calcium, garlic, and simple self helps like deap breathing, relaxation excerices, and getting plenty of rest. Journal your feelings or do something to get them out. Get plenty of B vitamins and iron. Drink plenty of water!!

I do suspect that what you may be needing is protein...milk, peanuts

I find that if you start getting moving it can make a big difference...so if you like music or something that helps to get you active that push to start makes a big difference!

Good luck!
