Those deep sea fishies that have a little light on the end of a rod type thing sticking out in front of them to attract food, they're incredible! For pure viewing pleasure and mesmerisation factor it has to be jellyfish. They're so beautiful and graceful, I could just watch them forever.
BUT I think the most fascinating creatures are humans, for so many reasons that I really can't be bothered going into right now : )

me I could watch either monkeys or horses all day long.
both are very human like in their movements their interactions and well their natures.
aside from them people, I am a happy observer watching people walk past, be it the looks on their faces or how many vain individual check themselves out in the glas windows....
