Many things but today it was the letter from an NP (nurse practitioner) that said my mammogram was normal, the postcard from the same hospital but the radiology dept saying that they saw something on my mammogram that they "believe is benign" and to come back in 12 months for another mammogram (I could be dead by then) and then leaving a message for the NP I deal with to call me back tomorrow only to have some other stupid idiotic NP call me to say "don't you know what benign means?" Duh! I just wanted it clarified as to the "believe" part. If they're not sure then I should be going back sooner than 12 months, don't ya think?
This NP on the phone today really pissed me off, if I could've joke her through the phone I would've. Grrrr!

people who park right up next to the shopping store, and go in to leisurely shop, while everyone else has to go find a parking spot legally, and walk back to the store. That is the fire lane, people could die if there is a fire and your car is in the way and it slows them down. Cops should give those people tickets for being a bunch of lazy inconsiderate people.AND....... people who get in line at the checkout counter and then decide they want to go do some more shopping... and then they leave their cart there in line and expect everyone to stand behind an empty cart while they go shopping... that's just stupid.

how whenever you open the door to go out (go in) of a building, there's always some lazy person who thinks you're opening the door for him/her and tries to squeeze in even though there are 5 other doors.
I also hate how some people walk in a line and won't let people walk past them. gr!
