please peolpe I need help dialing a cellphone number in the uk, I got the country code but I don't know if I have to diel the city code and the cellphone number too because I think cellphones have their own code and I have a 11digit cellphone number, is the are code included or do I still nee to dial the cituy code as well??

Most wireless companies RESTRICT access to international dialing as DEFAULT when you activate your service. You will need to call your service provider to get them to add that feature to your phone before attempting to call International.
