go to the Nordstroms rack, i reccomend it to every1 if you want a designer dress for 75% off!! also BCBG, Betsey Johnson, Marciano (i got my winter formal dress there and got tons of compliments, the dresses are amazing), Forever 21, Brass Plum, Macys, Max Studio, outlets and vintage boutiques!! have fun shopping, good luck

HEy my secret, Forever 21...they're super cheap and they're dresses look great. MAcy's has cute dresses also. Good luck.
