What are you talking about? Trying to set up an independent state in Kentucky - like you own your land so you want to call it "MyState?"
If you are talking about emancipation, do a search for Kentucky emancipation.

what do u mean by claiming independence and is your friend locked up in ky. is ur friend a juvenile or adult is ur friend male or female
