Out of complete honesty, the name sounds beautiful but I am concerned as to what people namely kids in school will tease and pick on her when she's older. Kids can be mean and rude when they are in the middle school age and it wouldn't be fair to have something like that happen to a precious girl. I think that the name Autumn is gorgeous and should use that as a first name, but maybe find a middle name that flows as nicely as Mist but isn't that, pull out the baby name book (or for us high tech people try babyzone.com has a really good baby name section with all the meanings) and mull it over a little more... Congratulations!

I love Autumn now Mist is a little different and unique but it has a good flow. I don't think middle names are as much of a problem being different as first names because not everybody will hear it a lot. Honestly I like it. Congrats and good luck!

You might also consider Summer Rayne - beautiful name! :)

Just Kidding...I can't even tell if you are serious with your question. I'll answer it like you are...
I think that name is a bit over the top. I can just see her cringing when she has to say her whole name at 19.

Sierra Mist, Arbor MIst, Vapor Mist...

How about Autumn Grey, Autumn Faith, Autumn Leigh...

Good Luck! SD

It kind of reminds me of Puff the Magic Dragon. "Puff the magic dragon lived by the sea. And somewhere in the Autumn mist in a land called Hanalee" It's also kind of like a Glade or Febreeze scent. Sorry. Autumn is great but Mist just doesn't sound right. If you really really love Autumn and Mist together you could do Misty Autumn. It's your kid so you can name it whatever you want. Congratulations and good luck!

Autumn is a pretty name, but I also thought of wine when I read Autumn Mist. Maybe just change the middle name?

Autumn is very pretty name. Autumn Leigh & Autumn Mikayla sounds nice. Two of the answers that were given to you. Autumn Joy & Autumn Grace sound good too. Sorry that I don't like the Mist part. Enjoy your little girl and may she be healthy & happy that's most important. Enjoy your pregnancy!

I really like the name Autumn, but not with Mist. I think Autumn Rayne would be better.
Congrats!

picture this. a 50 yr old woman, slightly graying hair, few facial wrinkles, could stand to lose 10-20 lbs, wearing a business suit and her name is Autumn Mist!! she won't stay a little girl for ever. one day she will be a grown woman with the name Autumn Mist . think about it!!

Sorry if this is rude, but Autumn Mist sounds like a line of perfume to me.

Autumn alone is a nice first name, but perhaps there is another middle name you can use? Kate? Lee? Morgan?

I love Autumn... but sorry, I am with the crowd on this one the Mist makes it sound like the wine. What about your maiden name, (even part of your maiden name) or an old family name... the Autumn would certainly give her her own identity but the family name would ground her...... Look up names in your family heritage maybe even 6 generations back....... even if you dont choose the exact name or spelling it will give you some good ideas.... congrats and good luck.....
