Oceana County Michigan
Lake Michigan does technically qualify as an inland sea (and is the only Great Lake that is not bordering both the US and Canada, though it's still considered an international waterway).
The Atlantic ocean if you hike it over to Rhode Island or Delaware
And the Shedd Aquarium on Chicago's lakeshore is considered an oceanarium.
But then, maybe there's a trick to this question that we haven't figured out.

There is no ocean anywhere near Chicago, though if you went about 1000 miles east you'd be in the Atlantic. Chicago is at the southwest shore of Lake Michigan, a freshwater lake that is sometimes called an inland sea.
