There's a store called Deb that I've heard a lot of people like. I've never personally been there but all of my friends shop there.

The place with the cutest clothes would have to be in the Shibuya 109 building in Tokyo. There are tons of stores in the building with the cutest and most fashionable clothes! It is the best place if u like cute things-(think Paris Hilton) but the sizes run small.

If you are looking for fashionable clothes at a cheap price, Forever 21 is hard to beat.

Depends on your style, I like aeropostale's style, they're pretty reasonable. Urban outfitters have cute clothes too but some things are a bit pricey. I love H&M ...they're super cheap! Forever 21also.
They're are a lot of reasonable but you have to keep your eyes open for sales!! CAuse sometimes expensive stores have great sales!!

it depends on what size you wear and what types of clothing you like. also what area you live in. every store is not available everywhere. personally i live in york pa. i wear a size 5 or 7 and my favorite store is called 579. they have small sizes always available and their sales are fantastic. some of their newer merchandise may be considered a little pricey but they have great quality clothing that lasts long. i hope you find something

Oh my gosh you have got to check out www.womenshelp.net. They have a BUNCH of links for great cheap desinger clothes. There is one store on there that sells cute designer clothes for no more than 15 bucks each and there are a bunch of links for other stores! Check it out! You'll love it

well my favorite place everr is american eagle- their clothes are awesome and fashionable and are at the same quality as hollister and abercrombie but at a fraction of the price. But if your still looking for cheaper, Old Navy never fails ;-)

I think JC Penny's has some cute stuff. That is the cheapest place I shop, they are having a massive sale! The 2nd cheapest place i shop at is Aeropostale.
