I was watching it in the laundrymat and couldn't hear it all. At the end he mentioned something his father did!?!? What was it? He raped him!?! Also, what was the deal with the girl-I couldn't peice it together! Please fill me in-thanks!

Straight forward answers:
1. House's father used to punish him by making sleep out on the lawn and making him take ice baths and other bizarre punishments to teach House disapline as a child. This of course explains why House avoids his parents.
2. The girl was raped by a friend at a party and now she has clamidia and is pregnant. She refused to be treated by anyone other than House because he seemed damaged like her and she wanted to talk to him, but; she wouldn't discuss the rape until he told her who hurt him. He lied and said it was his Grandmother but she knew that did not sound right. He needed to get her to talk about the rape so he broke down and told her the truth. She did the same. In the end she terminated the pregnancy which was what he recomended she do.
The whole show was aout why bad things happen to good people.

No, his dad didn't rape him. He revealed earlier in the episode that his grandmother was mean and had some pretty cruel and unual punishments that House had to endure as a child. The girl called his bluff. At the end of the episode House said that it wasn't his Grandmother...it was his father that was abusive to him.
The girl just wanted him to share something personal before she was willing to tell him about the rape she endured.
Actually I thought it was a very good episode. Unlike the others, there were no miraculous cures or diagnoses at the eleventh hour.
It was an episode that sheads a little light on House and why he is the way he is.

I have no idea why house's father made him do that, but that was pretty erratic....no wonder why he is such a misanthrope! I could see why, its so hard for him to get to the point of his personal emotions...I think that girl saw it because she was hurt too...I mean come on house screams HELP!!!! The guy is practically an emotional dishevelment. I thought the episode was totally stupendous once again...I absolutely loved it!

Because of his rehab, House ended up having to serve time in the hospital's clinic. He ended up treating a young girl who had been raped at a friend's party. At first he declined the job, but she pleaded and overdosed on drugs to get House as a doctor. She said she saw something in him. She had curable STDs, but had to stay in the hospital because of her overdose. She got House to talk to her, and it was his job to find out what happened and get her over it. At first, he was unwilling to answer her questions about "the terrible thing that happened to him" because, well, you know House. You wouldn't really expect him to open up to anyone. But eventually he did, and he told her that his father abused him. She told him about the rape.
A lot else happened though! Try to see this one sometime, it was great!

It wasn't his Omaw Grandmother) that made him sleep outdoors and gave him ice baths for punishment, it was his father and the girl told him the truth about her rape, she was at a friends party, she had the pregnancy terminated

no, his dad didn't rape him. he said that his dad liked the house being clean and in a certain order and when he would mess it up or do something his dad didn't like he would beat him, make him sleep outside, or take an ice bath. at the end she said that she would only talk to him because she could tell that he was emotionally hurt like her.

OMG, you missed a lot! Too much to explain, I watched the entire episode and feel as if I need to watch it again. A lot of "deep" stuff this show. the girl was raped. she just wanted him to tell her something about his life so he told her how his father abused him. made him sleep outside, take baths in ice, etc. He didn't sexually abuse him. I think overall it was a pretty boring episode.
