The burning sensation is more around the nipple area and the tingling is all over the breast. Feels like a "let down" sorta tingling. All answers are very well appreciated!

I don't know how old you are, or if you have any health problems, but commons reasons for this is: Pregnancy-kinda tickling type feeling only around the nipple, but sore all over.. Another could be menstruation-are you close to your period..
