I have never listened to the show, but have heard lots about it. I would like to be able to listen live, or download shows. Is there any sites where you can do that? I don't want to pay for streamlink or anything......

The only way that I know how to download Coast to Coast AM programs is through Streamlink, associated with the show's official website. Every so often, they have what they call a "Free Streamlink weekend", when you can try out Streamlink and download the shows onto your computer for free.
As far as a site where you can download unlimited Coast to Coast AM programs for nothing is concerned, I don't think that there is such a place, but the show's official website contains a whole list of cities and radio stations, as well as the times, that the show is broadcast all over the United States.
To find out the station and the times when Coast to Coast AM is on the air where you are, go to the show's official website, then on the menu located on the left side of the page, click on the box marked "Show info", then from the drop-down sub-menu that will appear after you do that, click on "Affiliates" then click on the state where you are located on the map outline of the United States that will appear. After you do that, the list of all of the stations on which the show is broadcast in your particular state will appear. Coast to Coast AM begins at 10 PM over on the west coast of the U.S. and 1 AM over on the east coast of the U.S., with some of the stations that carry it broadcasting a replay, either full or partial, of the previous night's show.
I have been a listener to "Coast to Coast AM" for roughly 5 years now and will tell you that the show is both very interesting and also very addicting - it's broadcast 7 nights a week - George Noory hosts Coast to Coast AM from Monday night to Friday night and Art Bell hosts Coast to Coast AM on the weekends - both George Noory and Art Bell are very talented radio hosts, too!

You have to subscribe to the show. It's 7 bucks a month. Then you can listen online and also download past shows to your MP3 player. I do it all the time to catch shows I've missed.
