My tubes are tied so I know Im not pregnant. But how come I have this deep sensation like contractions down below and it really hurts? I know what they feel like no doubt after having 2 kids, and thats exactly what it feels like. Why is this? It makes me so uncomfortable. I know I cant be pregnant, theres no possible way. It comes and goes and makes me double over.

Go see your doctor it may be a sign of a serious problem; so it is better to check than regrating it later on, when it may be too late to do anything else.

Are you nursing? That might do it!
Actually, I've never had that after 2 kids except in the beginning when nursing. I'd let my dr know.

Could be you need a bowel movement or you're getting ready to have your period. Even if you didn't have severe cramps with your period before, our bodies change and our symptons can change with them. See your doctor.
