alrigt it has a small amount of white smoke coming out the exaust and when it hits the cement turns it blck and has a black dripping coming out of the exaust
now i found a leak under the hood i think its coolent its same color
any suggestions on how to fix this succubus of money
and smell can

Some water out of the exhaust is normal. It is a byproduct of your catalytic converter working the way it is designed. Some smoke and black soot can also be normal, it's hard to say without seeing just how much.
The 4.3 liter engine in your bravada is known for intake gasket leaks. While this is still a big job it is nowhere near as bad as a head gasket. You should have a shop inspect it and do a block test to confirm this but do not let someone condemn the head gasket just from a description like the one you gave.
You didn't mention how well it's running or the mileage. A head gasket will often also cause a misfire in at least one cylinder.

You have a head gasket leaking. Get it repaired as soon as possible before it hydrolocks .
Hydrolock is when water or coolant leaks into the cylinder closest to the leak and fills it up to the point that the piston no longer can travel up and down normally. (water cannot compress like vaporized gas) the result is a bent connecting rod ( the rod connecting the piston to the crankshaft) or worse it will break it and send it through the side of the block
End of your engine in that case and well you get my point

Sounds like you blew a head gasket. You probably don't want to take that project on yourself.
