uhh peace love, free tibet. I am a hippy but have never done weed. Everyone in my family has. I live in San Francisco probably the origin of the Hippy Genre. Love for animals enviroment.

well sugar plum the hippie is gone it went out before disco came in and no nobody has to do anything they don't want to do except pay taxes live and die.Smoking weed,pot,sh!t or what ever is extra.There is no more hippies they are all grown up.Today's children know nothing about such.

Baby girl, weed is a MUST for hippies! Modern day.....they smoke weed,mellow people,just like everyone else I guess. Most of them don't like the government or laws. And they are kinda earthly,just free spirited-thats all

Nobody is forcing you to do any weed.
Just be yourself, you don't need to conform to any labels or stereotypes to be happy. Who cares if you are a hippy, a goth, emo, preppy or whatever.
People that label themselves have a weak personality.
