I've only tried it at night & its worked a few times...but does it work better in the daytime?

Wow, I sometimes do that too. I find it works at 11:11 pm. For some reason a.m. doesn't seem to work. A couple days ago I talked about this with my sisters, and they said you can do it when all the digits are the same eg) 2:22

Both are equally right. In numerology there is a belief that there is a synchronicity between the time 11:11 (a.m. or p.m.) or the number 1,111 and the events in a person's life or events in the world in general.
It does not apply to 2:22.

I have more success with 10:10 - am or pm. It depends on your natural rhythm.
