Dunno but It's hot!
When I was living in Europe most American men living in Europe dressed like that. So I really don't know where it comes from because the European guys actually don't dress like that. But who cares, it's still hot!

I've been dressing that way for years. It's warmer and keeps my arms from burning in the summer and I prefer that level of modesty.

Yep, my son who is 21 does the exact thing.. (unless its winter, he wears casual shoes). and don't forget that colored t-shirt for under the long sleeved dress shirt.

yes, its usally hot, especially unbuttoned a few on top with a white or black shirt under
