I'll tell you what. Businesses come and go,and you might even make a worthwhile investment that brings you the "Big Payday" some time. But at the end of the day no matter who you are, you're going to need a place to live.I would invest in real estate. But do not sell. Lease. Keep the goose laying the golden eggs every month.

I would say tax liens, basically bonds against real estate properties. Since people don't want to lose their $100,000 homes for a $1,000 tax lien, they pay up with interest and penalties. The interest and penalties then go to the investor plus his original money back. The county is happy because their budget doesn't get affected as they were able to borrow the investor's money for a while until the property owner paid it back.

There's ways to invest in tax liens online too so you really don't have to even leave your home. Returns are as high to 25% or more (annualized). For more information about tax liens, you can read up about it. Suggested sources below.

The basics on investing is risk and return. You cannot get a large return without taking a large risk. If anyone promises you a good return with no risk and is a 'sure thing', you can pretty much bet you will lose all of your money.

All investment is gambling. Anything that promises and delivers high returns are valued well about the million dollars or take time to gain value.

Coins these days are doing just that, but it would take some homework on your part about coins to choose properly.

Good Luck!!
