HOw do I do this?????? HELP!!!!

remember that milli- means 1000th. 1000 millimoles equals 1 mole and likewise for milliliters. So if you have millimoles/milliliters, then that's 1000/1000. If you recall basic fractions, what would that equal? The answer is the same as moles/L.

1000 millimoles= 1 mole

1000 millilitre = 1 litre

1 mole / 1 litre = 1000 millimoles / 1000 millilitres = 1
