(27 + 3y + 9(sqrt y/ sqrt x)) / (27x + 3 + 9(sqrt x / sqrt y)

-9*(x^(1/2)+1/2/x^(1/2)*(-1+(1-4*x)^(1/2)))/x^(1/2),
-9*(x^(1/2)-1/2*(1+(1-4*x)^(1/2))/x^(1/2))/x^(1/2)

or if u set this z=... then it ets really complicated and i would recommend using a mathematical software.

I think you have given the wrong information. Your expression is not an equation . There is no equal sign so it is meaningless to ask to rearrange in term of y.

Well, to get this to be an equation in terms of y, it needs to be an equation to begin with, and there's no equals sign. I'm not sure this can even be done.
