Well, as the saying goes, "Nobody is promised tomorrow" or, another, 'Carpe diem' or, 'why wait till tomorrow to do what you should've done today?' Go ahead, make them muffins. Just show restraint when they're done. Have one. Then in the morning, they make a lovely breakfast warmed in the toaster oven, with some caramalized bananas on the side. Yum! Good breakfast food.

Make them tomorrow! Depending upon the time of day it is. If I eat fattening food I feel less guilty if I eat them earlier in the day rather than late at night so I have time to burn it off. But seriously, I just downed some chinese at 10 pm, what am I talking about?
