Very normal and it's a good thing.

Everyone moves in their sleep, haven't you ever woken up and your all over the place? If we slept in the same position we would wake up as stiff as a log!

Also the bub is getting used to being outside the womb and is exploring their space.

Enjoy your bundle!

If it's a fast movement, it's probably the startle reflex. If his hands keep opening and closing, it's a movement that goes along with breastfeeding. When feeding, it's used to massage the milk out of the breast, but babies often do it in their sleep. If it's just shifting around, he's probably just making himself comfortable.

It is alright for infants to move their fist. One reason is that they still think they are in the womb. Another reason is that they are having a dream. Last reason, it veries on diffrent religious beliefs. Do not worry about your baby!
