I have been there...all you keep doing is replaying that moment in your mind when you got caught and you feel so ashamed and embarassed. It may seem terrible now but that feeling will go away...each day that goes by that memory will become more and more vague. However, it's important to remember how you felt at that moment and all day today in order to keep reminding yourself never to do it again:-)

You learned a hard lesson. This will affect the rest of your life. You will not have many job opportunities. I hope you are under 16.
Go on with your life, be happy you got caught, cause if you wanted to just try it out, you will try other things not worthy of your time in jail. I am sorry but I do understand.
Good thing is you have remorse by feeling guilt. You may feel you let people down, not only your boy friend and yourself. I suppose you had to go through this, for some reason. I do really hope you will know what is right from wrong for the rest of your life.
We forgive you, God forgives you. You are not so bad after all you did confess to us all and God, well, He sees and hears everything...

Oh, dear. Take a deep breath and try to forgive yourself.
If parents would only come clean about these things, kids would learn that they did not invent crime. Shoplifting, especially when the media presents so many expensive items as stuff we CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT!, is almost a rite of passage. It's the most accessible way most of us have of testing the system and ourselves to see if we're as fireproof as we feel.
Stores and cops are tough on kids caught shoplifting not to be mean or to express some sort of moral outrage but to ensure that we have a lasting sensation of guilt - one that will remain in our memories so that when we're adults with access to power and greater temptation, we'll resist the urge to cheat.
You've had a life lesson today. It sounds like you've learned it. Nuff said.

Okay,
Lets think this over for a second.......
Well you stole that's a crime....
They have banned you but there is something you can do!
Talk to the owner/manager of the store and make a formal apology. Ask to work in the store to repay your debts after the mall ban is lifted.
Last thing to remember is that you shouldn't fall to whatever pressures someone gives you, just say no and think nothing more.

It is good that you feel guilty because that shows that what you did is wrong and that you have morals and values which make you realize that you should never do a stupid mistake like that one again. But you did get a punishment and as long as you never try to be "daring" in that way again then I think you should be just fine.
And remember that everyone makes mistakes and in time everything will be better!

Ok, you messed up. First of all, what your feeling is normal, I'd be worried if you weren't so upset. It'll take you a while to get over it. In the mean time, give more. Volunteer your time, donate money or items you no longer use. Help more around the house, do things for neighbors who can't do for themselves. Giving will help you feel better. And don't steal again!

You should be glad you feel guilty! It means you have a conscience. Everyone is allowed to make stupid mistakes. If you don't forsee yourself doing this again, then you don't need to feel guilty for long. If it helps, you can ask your parents to help you draft a letter of apology to the mall. Good luck.

Time must pass.
You'll eventually realize that this was a momentary lapse in your otherwise good judgement. Just LEARN from how you feel now and don't do things that will make you feel this way again!
What you're getting right now is sometimes called a moral compass. You're learning what it feels like to stray from the "right" direction. Criminals never learn what you're learning right now.

It's a good thing you feel guilty. It shows you have a conscience. You will feel better in a couple of days. Don't worry, it's not the end of the world. Hopefully, you won't try any thing like that again.

Stop feeling guilty. You paid your price for committing a crime now learn from it and move on.
This feeling will remind you to never ever steal again.
Something tells me you were the follower not the leader...
