me and my bf just had unprotected sex on the 5th day of my period.. can i be pregnet and what are the signs?

You can absolutely get pregnant. There is ALWAYS a chance of you getting pregnant if you don't use protection, and even then, there are no guarantees. The only guarantee is to not have sex.
As for signs, you won't see any signs aftera couple of days. But when the time comes, some people have signs and some don't. You may have tender breasts, you won't get a period, you'll just feel some changes your body goes through. If you have missed a period, get an over the counter pregnancy test or make an appointment to see a doctor.
And I'd take this as a lesson, USE PROTECTION!!!

Not likely but NOT impossible. Sex at anytime in your cycle can result in pregnancy. The ONLY way to prevent pregnancy is NOT having sex.

You can get pregnant if you have sex wile on your period. if yo miss your next period, your may be pregnant, so then you'll need to take a pregnancy test.

if its been within 72hrs go an get emergency contraception pill from any clinic
there wont be any symptoms untill your next period if you miss that then take a test,

I dont think you can get pregnant while on your period because you are not ovulating while your cycle is on. You can only get pregnant when ovulating , but maybe it could still be possible.

-extreme fatigue
-increased appetite
just get a test down, no reason to worry about it.

yeah, it's possible.
symptoms are:
missing upcoming period
nausea
sore/tender breasts
fatigue
but to be sure, if you miss your next period, take a test.
