What is your question????? I never got my license but went to cosmo school..... wish I could help.

Ok, now that I know what you are asking I can answer... first cut off the damaged ends, as much as she will let you because the cuticle is probably shot and it will come out uneven anyway. Then go to Sally's Beauty Supply and by a filler (you add it to the hair color to ensure it comes out as even as possible). Wet her hair, this also helps with even results (it really works) Then apply the color starting with the hairline and then proceeding to the bottom of the back section since this hair takes longer to develop... I dont have to tell you the whole application procedure I presume. Then apply it to the roots last since the heat from her head will cause that hair to turn faster. Be sure to use a color locking conditioner when you are done, no shampooing! If her hair is too damaged the yellow hair will fade faster but if she is very careful and uses gentle hair products it will look alot better. Don't highlight or put in low lights for a few days later, it will stress the hair and cause even more damage!!!!! Try to get her to avoid it all together for awhile until she grows out some of the over treated hair.

Uggg... sounds like she has lots of damage. Can you cut off the damaged / yellow roots? Please talk her into it. Then I'd do a base color between the roots and rest of the hair in a really rich warm tone. Add in all over lowlights as close to the color of the roots and highlights as close to the color of the rest of her head. This way you can continue to add low lights and use less highlights until her hair is grown out. Good luck honey!!!!

what do u wanna know how 2 lighten the roots, u have 2 use the same exact formula used 2 prevent demarcation lines, or just lighten the entire hair completely and go wit a new color.
