My period comes on time every month but its very very light! whats up with the change?

the thing is we need to know a something ... how LONG have you had your period, because that makes a difference, some females have their period at the same time every month regardless if its their first or fifthieth, if you havent had it for long it could seem light because your body has gotten into a cycle and knows how to respond, if you have had it for a while it could be that your body has decided that you dont have to bleed as much to shed your eggs, also if you have started birth control recently it can make a difference too, or changed birth control because all birth control has different amounts of estorogen and progesterone so it effects your periods in different ways.. if none of these are the case i would make an appointment with my ob/gyn if YOU feel this is troublesome if not,.... thank your lucky stars cause a light period is what everyone wants. hope this helps

ur period changes with the stress in ur life... the more u stress, the less likely u are to have a period... is it possible u could be pregnant? if there is a slight chance, u need to get tested... if not, don't worry at least until next month... if ur period still doesn't come, go to ur doctor and find out the cause...

i had experienced that too. i think thats fairly normal. there are times that our period is light lasting for only a day or two
