is there any lawyer would liked to file law suit against billing service to hopital?

I belived in my observation that one of the hospital i came across is overbilling and try to collect extra money from person reciving services, , In short they accpeted conttractual amount from Insurance provider,That is one thing,
second one is One of the services recived by me about in 2005 while having private insurance , and all bill was taken care and settal prior to admiting in hospital and now to day I recived bill for extra amount,
3rd thing is , I was billedby third party for x amount without explantion for recent service under Social security A and B,, the lady send me amount due without explantion ececept day of servce, i called her she saidshe is not colection agency,, but billing , she refused me to give detail of statement. Now i recived statment ,, and one more statement while , I still have not recived statemnt for Govt, social security or other deligated agency how much i owed,, .. I am thinking and sense teeling me thereis some thing systemtic over charge going ON

The services you received in 2005 were not paid in advance. They never are because the hospital doesn't know what the charges will be. All they do is verify that you have insurance.
