at this moment i have no pimples!!yes......anyways the bad thing about it is that i have these black marks on my face instead. i want to get rid of them but i don't know how. what product/cosmetics can get rid of or cover them? thanx

Heat and steam will help with the black marks on your face. Which are actually small black heads appearing on your face. In the beginning phrase! Not yet turned into a pimple.

Apart from visitng your dermatologist for a prescription strength medication, there isn't too much you can do. You can try any popular topical solutions or fade cream in your local pharmacy.
