bodybuilding and character-building are both necessary, but i would focus on bodybuilding.

Character-building comes best through experiences. You build character when you accomplish your goals or learn things through, as i said, experiences.

Bodybuilding is a great way to build character because you can set goals for yourself and thus accomplish things. You may even surprise yourself! If you can feel good about yourself, and the things that you can do, your bound to have a strong, positive character.

Just remember, building up your muscles isn't everything. And in no say should you ever cheat yourself. This only leads to poor character.
