you will see an "attachment" mentioned somewhere
Click on that, the in the box that pops up, click to wherever that file is, select that file, and hit ok.
Tip: if your looking to attach pictures, then right click in the selection boxes window, but not on top of a picture, and you can pick "View as thumbnails" and see previews of the files.

Look for the little paperclip icon on the menu bar of your email program, that is the file attach icon, but be aware some mail programs will not let you attch .EXE files or similar.

Click "attach" from your email client, and browse to the file you want to attach. Click OK. Type the recipient's email address. Click send. Great stuff!

Most email providers allow a max of 10 Mb to be sent as an attachment. If it's more you may be able to use a program such as winzip to make it small enough to attach.

in whichever mail programme your using, click new mail, type your message and input who your sending to and then click the attachment icon, normally a button with a paperclip in it

at the bottom of the email it will say send attachment......Click on it.Than you have to browse for the attachment you are wanting to send. when it uploads, send email
