I think that's about it, dear. Polyurethane isn't really a stretchy material anyway. :( It kind of sucks that way. Same with lambskin.
Wish there were more options though. :(
By the way, the only polyurethane condoms I know of are Trojan Supra (as you mentioned), Durex Avanti, and the female condom. Trojan's Magnum does not have a polyurethane yet (just went to their website and double checked).

Contact a factory sales rep. If volume will be large enough, I'm sure they'd consider a custom order. Unless you plan to re-sell under your own brand name, I suggest opting for plain (i.e. blank) packaging.

there is a brand i used once like them and now can't find them...i don't know the name just what the box looks like...aaaargh, it is in my mind's eye...
